Engineered the full product stack — from hosting infrastructure (cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux) to a custom WordPress publishing pipeline and an AI-powered content and support automation system. Handles everything from brand to backend.

SERVERIZZ is a web hosting company and digital agency I founded and have operated since 2014. What started as a shared hosting reseller became a full-service platform — and a decade-long exercise in building real products under real constraints.
Some crucial tasks and accomplishments:
Hosting Infrastructure. Deployed a the company's name servers and production website environments using WHM/cPanel and cPanel DNSOnly, properly configuring DNS clusters with multiple nodes to ensure redundancy in the event downtime is experienced.
Branding. Installed and styled WordPress alongside brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across product and service pages.
Configuration. Deployed and configured WHMCS, the ideal billing software for the web hosting industry, connecting to APIs provided by WHM/cPanel, Vultr, and Enom, automating the deployment of shared server packages, virtual machines, dedicated servers, and domain name registrations and transfer orders.
AI Automation. Deployed autonomous agents for support triage (IMAP → WHMCS ticket routing), social content generation (daily Facebook/Twitter posts), and content calendar management (auto-extending 2-week blog schedule via WP API).
The interesting engineering problems weren't glamorous — they were the kind that only show up when you own the whole stack. Reverse-engineering server configs, designing around auth header stripping, building a publishing pipeline that actually ships reliably.
