What Was Built
Multi-step formation buyflow — An 8-step guided wizard covering business details, contact info, business address, member management, registered agent, EIN information, EIN mailing address, and a full review & submit screen. Each step features a progress bar, consistent header/footer chrome, and clear forward/back navigation.
Authentication & onboarding — Login, signup, email verification, and a registration wizard with encrypted sensitive fields (SSN/ITIN) stored securely via AWS.
Dashboard & company management — A post-formation dashboard with multi-company support via a business switcher dropdown, company sidebar navigation, document center, payment methods management, and header actions.
Design system — A cohesive component library built from scratch: primary/outline/ghost/social buttons, inputs, labels, checkboxes, links, separators, cards (business & add-business variants), a notification dropdown, toast system, feature request modal, add-business modal, and a business switcher dropdown — all using a warm, earthy brand palette (cream, sage green, warm brown).
Brand identity — A full visual identity centered on warmth, precision, and professionalism. The palette draws from natural tones (beige, sage, brown) to convey trustworthiness without the cold sterility typical of legal/fintech products.
Stripe integration — Payment method management and checkout endpoints integrated into the formation flow.
Design Philosophy
Impeccabyte deliberately breaks from the cold, bureaucratic aesthetic of traditional legal services. The UI draws from editorial and organic design traditions — serif typography, warm neutrals, subtle texture — to make a stressful process feel approachable and confident.
